    anyone who can link to a good list of foods and their insulinemic index? it's hard to find anything good..

    The reason it's hard to find is because there really isn't a list like you'll find for glycaemic index.There is an insulin index, but it only has a dozen or two items on it

    it still gives a good idea to go after white bread, potatoes, and crackers...  also the cereals were kind of high on the list

    It is interesting that beef and cheese have a higher insulin score than pasta and porridge.
