intermittent fasting after carb night?

    I had my first carb night today and it was great 🙂 I am planning on doing some HIIT tomorrow to quickly get the carbs out of the system but how about fasting the day after carb night? wouldnt that empty the muscles cells from carbs even quicker?

    Nope actually will be worse for you to fast an entire day.

    Yes try and eat normal, reason I say "try" because I don't feel all that hungry like normal, just content.

    ok, but why exactly is fasting the day after carb nite not advisable?and how about intermittent fasting during the week? lets say, I eat normal ultra low carb for 3 days, fast one day, eat ULC for 2 days and then have my carb night? wouldnt that speed up the fat loss?please give me some scientific stuff...

    I love how someone can just demand “scientific stuff” instead of going out and doing the search themselves. there is a search tool on here and then there is google or the library.

    I always fast every day – say eat last fat/protein meal at 11:30pm and go to bed….I get up the next morning at 6am and have coffee & Whipping cream + water.Eat my first fat/protein at 11:30am  12 hour fast every day fat/protein or after carb night.  Works great!  ;DI function way better on a morning when I eat nothing!
