cool because I have a jug of it just sitting in my pantry. Next question is in CBL Pre training supplementation, pg 147 2nd paragraph Kiefer states "the whole thing is optional" does he mean it optimal to not have it or optimal to have the pre wo ignition formula
xtend is a bcaa supplement don't really see him talk much about bcaa supplements aside from straight leucine intra.. he also suggests no carbs pre and intra but i found a carb supplement like glycofuse really helps a ton in my workouts so i use it.. really depends on you and how you feel it may improve your workout
