lesaKeymasterHi allStumbled over Carb Nite and Back-Loading through mensfitness.com article. It sounded radical but backed up with research so i started to look for more. Science looked good, Kiefer sounded too aggressive, but that not a problem if science is good 🙂So i decided to give it a try and started CNS this monday to see for myself and if it will work lose this stubborn fat from my waist and NOT lose muscles. For context my story with weight loss and gain:Before summer of 2008 my weight was around 165-170 lbs all my life with 5'11", mesomorph build. Then my job changed from waiter's running to conference center sitting and carrying tables and other staff so first time in my life weight became around 180 lbs. And it stayed there (f... fat cells that never die)Than in beginning of 2011 i started SCD from 4 Hour Body and later Occam Protocol for mass gain. It worked:-in first month i almost came back to my old weight - 167-168 lbs-with Occam Protocol i got some mass in two month - 185 lbs-as i stayed with regimen my weight was 160 for about a yearbut:-with mass came fat, and a lot-in four month after stopping OP i got rid of fat but lost muscles along the way so 160 lbs, less than 5 years ago-but new fat from waist never completely disappeared-when out boredom i ended SCD my weight came back to 180So i want to test Kiefer's words about fat cells' apoptosis. hack_attackParticipantAlways nice to have more in the fold! I would recommend you keep a log in the CNS forums where you record food intake, workouts, etc. This will let some of the “veterans” provide feedback and keep you running smoothly! Also, don't be afraid to ask questions, but do try to look through the forums first to see if your question has already been answered.Hope you make some great progress on this! Looking forward to what you do!

Made me ---> 8) . Kiefer has a way with people which you either love or hate. I think the best part is he is keenly aware of it.Welcome and hope all goes well with the CNS-ing!
