Hello.I am a 40 year old, 5'8", 290 pound female trying to find my way back to my the fit, athletic me of my youth.  My goal is health first, but really who doesn't want to have an amazing figure?  Anyway, in order to even perform exercises at a basic level (squats, push-ups, sit ups), some fat loss has to happen.  Think gut too big to do a proper sit up and weight kills my knees to squat right now.  I am back to being paleo (defined as meats, meat fats, coconut oil, occasional EVOO, butter, some veggies, occasional starches).  I bought the CNS book and have read it at least twice.  I've perused the forums all day and am pretty much overwhelmed by the volume of information here!  I know Kiefer wrote the book CNS like 10 years ago and I see there is new/updated information all over the site, tucked into this thread or that.  Is there by chance a place where specific changes/updates to the program are listed?  Maybe I just haven't gotten there yet?  I want to make sure that I am understanding the current best options for the program so that as a tool for health it is as effective as possible.

Welcome! The best place to find updates from CN is on Youtube.  Go search for his name and you'll find lots of his video updates there.  Also his podcasts (new and old).  http://www.body.io for newest podcasts.  You can find the old ones the same way I believe on iTunes. There are articles here too that still contain pertinent info.  By "here" I mean going to Athlete.io, click on "Nutrition" at the top and the articles are there.
