I am on call and may go to work at 6am one day and 11pm the next day how can I make cbl work. I don't have a set schedule of when I can get to the gym I just have to go when I can?
That seems a little tricky to me. If your week is a 50/50 shot of working out in the afternoon/evening then maybe you can plan on just working out when you can in the evenings only. Then you could CBL afterwards. If you happen to throw a morning workout in the mix then it could still be an ULC day and more like CNS. just an idea.
