It's kinda hard to get in 1 gram/bw without protein shakes because if the long fast…is it OK to have just one protein shake at night to meet my protein requirements? If so what would be ok? Maybe a shake with little to no leucine (not sure if it's possible to have no leucine) and a tablespoon of coconut oil?
2 things.1. You don't need to fast for that long, the bigger issue is just avoid carbs in the morning.2. You don't need 1g per lbs, .8-1g per lbs of LBM is fine.
