White rice, jasmine rice, sushi rice. Rice without the bran.

    White should be white rices.

Trying to decode that… rice should be white rice?I had sweet potato with coconut oil and honey and it was great. Will use dextrose next time.

White rice, white potatoes, white bread... etc.  White is, typically, a faster carb.  That said, Sourdough is "white", but it is slower digesting.Honey is slow-digesting, stick with maple syrups, sugars, dextrose, etc.Cory

No problem. If you want those cinnamon rolls, check in Saturdays @ Chelsea.  Go early (mid-to-late morning).  Please don't take them all... I am there seeking them on Saturdays, myself.  I can generally consume 2-3 in one sitting.I was at Whole Foods Chelsea, last night, no cinnamon rolls.  They may be a Saturday thing.Cory
