I was wondering does ringtraining count as resistance training? Does it manage to locate the tGlut? I´m training/practicing mostly back/front levers, iron cross, l-sits, muscle-ups, i might do some pushing and pulling movements as well but the main focus is on those levers, iron cross and l-sit holds. Anyone who has done this type of training knows it´s hard but can i effectively back-load after that? 🙂 There is a long way for me to go to be able to do an iron cross so i have to do all kinds of progression to get there so its not all just heavy isometric-holds.

Uh you could try to do a smaller backload amount but not a huge amount. I would stick to weights then a backload.
