I dont like normal soy produkt (ok, I liked them but never really tolerated them, got reaaally bad gas etc.) but I was wondering if tempeh, a fermented soy product, was ok to eat? From what I've read, the bad stuff in soy gets deactivated http://www.naturalnews.com/025513.html  in the fermentation process and fermented stuff is in general healthy to the body? ok, maybe except from beer 😉so what do you think (or what would kiefer think?) about that?thanks!

Yes, Tempeh is one of the few examples of a soy product that is OK to eat.  The anti-nutrients are nullified in the fermentation process. That said, it still contains phyto-estrogens, and adding ANY estrogens to the body is not preferred (even if they are not the bad kind, xeno-estrogens).Tempeh, however, is relatively too carby for heavy use in CNS or during ULC in CBL.Are you a vegetarian?  I am Lacto-Ovo, and I stick to eggs and hard cheeses for my primary protein sources.  Here is my training and diet log, if you are interested:http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=3144.0If you are Vegan, you may find CNS and CBL to be very difficult, if not impossible, to follow.Cory
