Hi everyone,I am new and posted a few questions on here alread but I just want to get the right information for my knowledge.Basically I am 12.4% and weight 173 lbs. I have been on John Romaniello's BCB program (It's very intense and makes you work really hard and I've tried a few haha) for a while now and my diet has always been super strict. My macro's are as follows and I hav followed them religiously.Workout Days:  Protein 250g Fat 100g Carbs 150gNon Work out days: Protein 205g Fat 80g Carbs 70gMy carbs were only consumed before and after training, directly and I thought my body would be used to low carb now, especially as I performed 2-3 resistance days a week and 2-3 HIIT workouts with 70 grams or less.Would my body be ready for CBL, could I skip the preparation phase? Thanks for anyone's helpAlex

You could try CBL without doing the prep phase, but unless you've had experience with ULC diets before (anabolic diet etc) you'd be best to do it just in case. With macros like those you probably havent really become a fat burner predominantly.

Just do the prep phase. It'll make everything work better and it'll be a good experience.
