SpatzModeratorSeeing as CBL2.0 isn't coming out until late this year, I wouldn't expect CNS2.0 until maybe 3 years from now. (As he will research the hell out of new information as it arises for a better book, and then going through revisions, etc… That takes awhile.) But hey, on the bright side… it sure will be razor-edge information 😀

To be honest, I really don't think the new books will be much different. There will be new information, but I doubt the application of the diet will change much.

True, he has stated before that most all the information is still quite valid, just a few points he's going to modify and a few chapters to add. I'm still expecting 3 years. 🙂

I think they will be totally different if not they'd be released already... Now I agree on the application of the diet not changing much but I'm thinking info will be more detailed for the folks that are straight up clueless about CBL/CNS.

shaffe43MemberIt just seems that with CNS so much older and all of the work he is doing w/ Dr. Patel that he would have something out for CNS before CBL 2.0.Unless of course CBL makes more money / has more people. Then I could see the fiscal reasoning behind it.

CBL is more expensive, however it appeals to a smaller crowd than CNS. I don't know which one Kiefer makes more from.

shaffe43MemberEither way I am happy. I will be switching to CBL someday. I just figured he would hit CNS first. o well we shall see. Also I agree that things wouldnt be drastically different. But for people that dont listen to podcasts or frequent the forums there could be more than a few things.MacrosCarb Nite ContentHIITSupplementsare just a few that i can think of

Bob HaganParticipantDoes anyone have a link to some highlights or even bullet points of the areas where Kiefer says CNS needs to be updated?I followed CNS very strict from December 2012 through August 2013 and didn't have great results but really liked the way I felt on a low-carb diet. Now listening to Kiefer again on his new podcast he refers to the needed updates for CNS and even said that was part of the reason for the podcast, but I've been unable to find any specifics. What's the general consensus? Will it just be eliminating some of the processed foods he recommended in the original book? Or perhaps just having a "cleaner carb nite" like more white rice and sweet potatoes than ice cream and pizza?
