I am 16y/o, 150lbs – around 15% BF
Trying to get to around 10% at the moment.
Went from keto to CNS to CBL.
About 1 week in so far.
I train 3-4 times resistance training and play sport about 3 times a week.
I back load on the lifting days.
Restarted tracking macros today..
So on a backload I am eating roughly 2500calories – today’s backload day:
155g carbs
135g fat
146g protein
Should I maybe cut fat back on these days to around 80g and increase carbs?
On off days I eat high fat and around 1700-2000 calories
What should I change to achieve maximum results
