Hey gurusI came across this sugar free syrup in the mall Jordan's Skinny Syrups. Basically it says 0 calories and 0 sugar. Somehow I don't really trust what it claims, is this safe on Ultra Low Carb days? Main ingredients include Maltodextrin, Sucralose Benzoate, Acesulfame Potassium just to name a few. Can somebody advise many thanks !

Personally I stray away from maltodextrin during the ULC part exception of a PWO Shake. But some, moderate minor use might be okay, but if only contained sucralose and/or ace-k, it would be fine. If you would begin to stall in losing body fat then I would take that out first.

Use sparingly.  I'm not anti-artificial sweetener, but try to wean yourself off of stuff like this.  Once you do this, going low carb is a lot more tolerable because you will start to appreciate the flavor of foods more.  You will discover that you don't need sugar/sweetners to make food enjoyable.
