I just realized there is around 3g of leucine in my unflavored Isopure. Is it okay to put this in my morning accelerator shake or should I order some Whey Isolate from True Nutrition that does not contain added Leucine??
Any full serving of whey isolate will have around 3g of leucine, that's part of its amino acid content. You only use 10g in the accelerator shake so it's not a big deal

This actually raises an unrelated question that I've been meaning to ask. When talking about leucine supplementation (5g or so with a PWO shake while on CNS), is that 5g in addition to the leucine already in the isolate, or is it supposed to be 5g in total?
