unrxpodcastKeymasterDoes anyone take Jack3D pre-workout on CBL? It has caffeine and creatine in it, so I'm thinking it works, but I wanted to check with people that might have more experience with CBL. I'm honestly not a huge fan of the product, but I wanted to at least finish off the container that I bought.

Evan PetersonMemberThe only issue is the Acesulfame Potassium it uses for sweetening (for CBL purposes anyway)…

sckielyParticipantWhich is also not a problem as it is a pre workout supplement and it is stated in book the ace k type drinks could be used at this time.

It specifically says on page 122 in chapter 33 that ace-k is a no-no...per Kiefer...I didn't pay Propane Fitness for a book, so I'm ganna go by the book until the person who wrote it changes his mind, ya know?

KieferParticipantThe ace-k in Jack3d pre-workout isn't a problem. It's a minor amount that won't affect your fat burning or ketogenesis if taken pre workout. And I'm actually a big fan of DMAA, the reason Jack3d was almost banned in the first place.

Sardi0426GuestI use Jack 3D and I've had great success with both CBL and CNS… I love that stuff. I'm disappointed that it got banned!
