VinnyJonesKeymasterI'm training for Strongman but I think it's good to be as in good a condition as you possibly can be for health reasons and because more the events are becoming about speed and endurance. I know I'll never be the BB type (at least until Strongman days are over perhaps) but I think I have more shape than I ever did. I still have loose skin which is annoying but it will take time to undo the damage that has been done. I won't go into all the reasons why I got this fat (aside from the obvious "too much food" excuse") but the main thing is I have done something about it.In Jan 2010 I was 23.4 stone (148.5kg)Dec 2012 I sit at 17.7 stone (112.4kg)Goal is 16 stone and then reassess from there. The crap excuses have been dropped for the first time in my life too and that can only be a good thing. I compete in my first strongman comp in June so I'll put another update in here in 3 months and then another 3 months after that. I set myself 3 years to get down to 16 stone without crash dieting but lifting heavy weights and these pics show that I have a fair way to go but that I have also come a long way.

VinnyJonesGuestYeah I'm in the UK!Thanks for the kind words everyone. Love CBL/CN - it's so easy to follow. No thinking needed at all. Gets hard on the 10 day introduction... by day 5 it's like I could eat a sofa or something just to get a different texture to meat but by day 6 it's another round of steak and all is well with the world.

RussiBGuestWowsers, well done! That's one hell of an achievement regardless of how you made the transition. Keep up the good work!
