Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how tall John Kiefer is please? I'm curious because I hear the 220 lbs at between 6 – 7 % and I just wanted to get a rough idea of how much lean mass he has so I can compare it to myself and other people I know. Sort of an idea of what amount of lean mass I could technically achieve without steroids.If nobody knows then perhaps Kiefer, care to comment?Thanks,

I've always wondered why he neglects his own site, forum, and accounts.

He actually checks this site fairly regularly. You can look at his account (or anyone else) and see when they were last active. With that being said there are other things he is focusing on that should be coming soon. The first is a new website which, I would assume has a new forum attached to it. Second software...I don't really know what it entails I assume workouts/nutrition tracking or something Tex or Trevor might know better. Third is new editions of his books. Between promotions, seminars, clients, and new work I would assume his time is stretched pretty thin. He mentioned recently he even has trouble making it to the gym. He is around and keeps a look out.

How do you know he doesnt or didnt use steroids? I havent heard him say he has or hasnt. But I have heard him claim to have got upto about 265 in near stage ready condition. That claim wouldnt sound "natty" to most people.
