No.  Lift heavy, train hard.  Unless you're warming up and just going for movement before you lift heavy/train hard.

I don't think you can say he or she is wrong. What are there goals? They may not care about strength or big muscles and just endurance. CNS doesn't even require exercise. Hi rep low weight would deplete glycogen which is the main requirement of CNS in my opinion. With that being said I feel that high rep low weight is kind of a waste of time. Go big and Go home. Don't waste time in the gym with lots of reps. I don't have Carb Back loading but low weight and high reps will most definitely not work.Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

Yeah I think the question is what are your goals?

Id say whatever you can do 3×12 almost to failure is your best bet on CNS

My goal is the body definition and shape not bulking

For your goals, this is what I recommend: Lift heavy, train hard.  Unless you're warming up and just going for movement before you lift heavy/train hardYou can only Bulk if you EAT enough to support it.  Lifting heavy and training hard is the road to toning and defining your body.
