I just wanted to drop a quick hello. My name is Ed (enigma). I just turned 44 years old, and a father of three awesome kids, 8, 5, and 2.Since I’ve turned forty I’ve done everything from triathlons, to half marathons. Today, I live and breathe CrossFit and find myself registered for the first time in the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Masters Division (40-44).One of my coaches’s told me about this program Carb NIte, and I thought I would give it a go.
