Hi All,I'm new here trying CB. I'm 42 female. Play tennis 1.5-3 hours 5 days a week ( mostly singles) + 2 x week resistance training. Have a ton of questions which I will post under cb area. I've been paleo for 2 years. Have been on and off ketogenic. Gets easier each time I try it. Sitting around 22% bf w the last 10-12lbs to lose. Am hypothyroid so dealing w that too. I've done a ton!!! Of nutrition research trying to figure this all out. Am about 1/2 way through the book and trying to implement. Look forward to future discussions. Thanks for reading!
