Hello,I just had a few questions about taking JUST leucine. I've heard that leucine can't be absorbed alone. Similarly, I've heard that (assuming it can be absorbed) just leucine can cause an amino imbalance because the other 2 bcaas are needed in order to absorb the leucine. I wanted to check how accurate this is - before spending money on straight leucine as opposed to a more traditional bcaa product - since it seems to be standard conventional generally accepted "knowledge", but obviously that doesn't mean much. Any clarification appreciated! Thanks!
