Hi, i've been doing carb back loading for quite some time. (I tried carb nite but it always turns into backloading due to will power limitations).I've had great success with it. in Jan i was 185 lbs at %20 body fat. Now i am 178lbs at %12 body fat. I lift heavy 2 or 3 times a week. However as part of my job we do an Hour of PT every morning at 8am (5 days a week), and this PT is usually an 8km or 10km run, or a crossfit circuit, or some other crossfat bullcrap. I have no choice in this matter. That being said, its acceptable to do a small carb backload after these workouts right? I usually drink some gatorade and eat a peach or a bananna within 30 minutes, and then go back to no carb dieting, until after my heavy lifting workout or late at night. thanks
