My name is Brian. Been a fan of Kiefer's work for a long time and am excited to finally come across these boards to share my experiences. I really like the “non-traditional” approach to his way of eating and exercise. I tried CNS a couple of years ago, but I was that guy that used it as an excuse to inhale massive amounts of garbage, plus my workouts weren't all that great, if they even existed.Now I'm back, refocused and ready to get things moving in the right direction. I'm in the military, so my workouts aren't done at an ideal time, but I try to adapt the best I can. Background: I have played sports my entire life, college football, completed in powerlifting, and have done some CrossFit in the past to stay in shape.
