Hello everyone! I just started CNS this week, on Sunday. The first two days were easy. The third day was tough. I was tired, hungry, and my head hurt. I'm on my fourth day today and am feeling great. Today I really focused on increasing my fat which also lowered my carbs from 30g to about 20g today. My goal is to get rid of some fat hopefully around my belly and legs. I've been lifting heavy for over a year now and would like to see some of that hard earned muscle. That's all for now!
