Hi all, this is my first post so hoping not to come across as too much of a dumbass. So I followed CBS for a month but I was working out too much ( resistance training/ Strength Training ) for this program so I switched to CBL last week. Ive been searching through the forums but still dont feel like ive found a solid answer in regards to what supplementation I need during my off days. I know in the book Kiefer recommends Omega 3's and Creatine Mono's Is that all I should be doing? Or would I benefit from some Whey Iso and Leucine in the evenings.Another question is on my off days should I follow a CBS style diet also or can I carb up if I feel I need it, even if im not training the following day.In the book Kiefer also recommends Whey Hydroslates and Casein Hydro's are these really necessary or can I get by with just Whey Iso, Leucine and Creatine? Can I just add that ive got great results from CNS and lost a lot of fat but im looking to maintain strength and build more mass at the same time. Thanks & apologies for the bombardment of Q'sG

Fish Oil and Creatine on Off Days are fine to take.Backload the night after a training session. Follow the suggestions in the book for 4-6 months, then change things around to experiment.Isolate, Leucine, and Creatine is fine.
