mwachtelParticipantor is it just the “lite” version I should be wary of? Apparently that one has HFCS added in to help with lowering sugar content.

mwachtelParticipantthat what I was thinking. I'd like to have the majority of my backloading (when end this prep phase of course) being made up of glucose (so mostly sweet potatoes, rice, rice pudding :), and maybe some baked goods here and there).

Richard SchmittModeratorGet the one without HFCS. the dark and light both do not have any. The light Karo has less sugars.

Brandon D ChristParticipantThere is Karo light and Karo Lite. The light Karo has little fructose in it. The lite Karo is the reduced sugar version. It probably has very little sugar too, but it also has very little glucose!
