Karo syrup

    is karo syrup have fructose in it? Any other thoughts on using it for a sweetner?

    or is it just the “lite” version I should be wary of? Apparently that one has HFCS added in to help with lowering sugar content.

    that what I was thinking. I'd like to have the majority of my backloading (when end this prep phase of course) being made up of glucose (so mostly sweet potatoes, rice, rice pudding :), and maybe some baked goods here and there).

    Get the one without HFCS. the dark and light both do not have any. The light Karo has less sugars.

    There is Karo light and Karo Lite.  The light Karo has little fructose in it.  The lite Karo is the reduced sugar version.  It probably has very little sugar too, but it also has very little glucose!

    It has artificial sweeteners in it.

    Check out this link http://www.karosyrup.com/products.htmlYou can have Karo Dark or Karo Light.  You can also have Karo Lite, but it is reduced in calories.

    Oh, dont tempt the fatty in me lol.but seriously, I loved very ripe bananas. Are they still ok, or have they been revised as non optimal for the PWO shake?
