Kiefer explains he tweaks his clients diets by keeping mtor open even when fasted, so i did some research and found that glutamine with the aid of leucine keeps it firing!! Here is the linkhttp://www.benthamscience.com/open/toej/articles/V004/SI0009TOEJ/40TOEJ.pdfLook at the part where it says how to stimulate it , i dont know if im on to something or not, food for thought i guess

nicotine gum is probably one major way as evidenced by Kiefer's cryptic mentioning of it in his videos.

how about the sugar alcohols in them xylotol anything with an “tol”etc, hey did you read that article? the way i interperet it is if you have leucine with glutamine first thing in the morning it keeps the pathways firing?!

The sugar alcohol thing should be avoided yes, however erythritol is a sugar alcohol, it doesn't raise blood sugars making it safe to take.

You are not fasting if you are ingesting leucine, it spikes insulin.  You mind as well be consuming carbohydrates.

BUT, this information does make sense when you think about the Kiefer's Accelerator Shake. Obviously, the perfect balance between burning fat and preventing muscle burning is the goal here, and reading this research sheds some light on why Kiefer includes the Whey Isolate in the shake. By adding the MCTs to the caffeine in the coffee (or however you prefer to take it), you are kicking your body into high gear to burn fats by introducing a rapidly (almost immediately) available fat energy source. At the same time, by including the small dose (<10g) of the Whey Isolate, you are introducing a protein (amino) source that releases itself slowly enough to not cause any spike in insulin, while still providing enough of an amino profile to keep the mTOR open and firing. The idea of this seems to create that optimal balance between burning fat and preventing muscle breakdown that allows us to maintain our muscle while still becoming leaner and leaner.Maybe I will keep my Accelerator Shake while on CNS after all...

Mhmm well this does seem reasonable and worth trying.

Don't get me wrong, the AM accelerator (the real AM accelerator with the whey isolate) is great.  However, DO NOT put leucine in it.  You will definitely stop fat burning.

hrm interesting points, the only reason i write this is because in biojacked Q and A #7 he says to have the fats in the morning to keep the mtor pumping but then he also goes on to say that he has another way he does this without the aids of fat that he does not want to give away, its in part 2 about the 30-40 min mark i think worth a listen

No, I agree with you completely. I wasn't suggesting (nor would I) add leucine to the shake. I was just comparing the results of that research with the amino profile of a small dose of WPI.And @Caino -- that may be how he does it, but I imagine that the clients that he would potentially use that method for are focused less on extreme fat loss than they are maximal lean muscle gain/performance.

If I am not mistaken, he mentioned that there are non-dietary pathways, now nicotine gum would be dietary as well.

that is right my friend, also isnt cbl to gain lean mass whereas CNS is for the ex fat loss?

Kiefer does this all the time.  He says he's gonna keep something a secret and then he ends up telling everybody anyway.  I think he doesn't like to release stuff until he thoroughly tests it.  However, nicotine is a drug so how is it dietary?

If it enters your body through your mouth, isn't it dietary?

not if it contains no nutrients.
