As do I. Great conditioning tool. Not so great for strength building unless you get a huge range of them. Also good for "core" work. (carries/walks/tgu's)

Depends what you're mainly going to do with it.Swings/snatches/clean and press? 16kg be good..TGUs? That's probably too heavy to start.Suitcase carries? Probably too light to get much out of it.The one KB I own is a 16kg. I mainly use it just as a mobility/warmup type thing where I do swings and single leg DL's with it to get my hips working

Any experience with heavy ass 24 kilos? I'm considering picking up a pair to get my weak sauce press up

If you're not familiar with kettlebells, that's much too heavy. Unless you're already pretty damn strong.A proper KB press is very different from a barbell press, or even a DB press. Plus, only having one weight option isn't going to do much for boosting your press numbers. Could try stuff like handstand holds to build shoulder strength, then working into handstand pushup negatives, and eventually repping handstand pushups (all against a wall), then slowly progressing away from the wall and doing the same progression of holds -> negatives -> reps.

Personally I think they are a waste of money.  Buy dumbbells instead.
