Hello all.  Started backloading this week, very excited.  I have a Keurig coffee machine with a bunch of different coffee k cups, mainly from Green Mountain.  I cannot find ingredient lists ANYWHERE.  Now the Green Mountain coffees don't have any sugar or sweeteners per their site….but I am still worried there is something in these flavored coffees that are going to spike insulin first thing in the morning.  Any have any experience with these?  Thanks guys.

Flavored coffees will add 0.8 calories, 0.3 grams carbohydrates and 0 fats. per their websiteyoull probably have to call to find out specifics regarding what kinda of artificial sweeteners looks like just the teas and coco's have sugar. could be using ace-k though
