Watched the interview once, and am now listening to it again. Kiefer mentions an interview, I believe, between him and Dominic D'Agostino. I did a search, but could not find it. Does anybody know of a link? Or did I miss understand? Thanks!Mark

I noticed this too.  I seem to remember him advocating foods like this before.  I've been eating more rice and baking snacks with dextrose instead of sugar to keep the fructose out of the equation.

it makes the most sense as the goal is the insulin spike and fructose does not raise insulin so it wouldn't make as much sense to load up on sugary treats considering the GI of sugar is a good bit less than white rice or baked potatoes

Exactly what I do except for I use Splenda and use dextrose as part of a shake or something like a “sugar” topping.
