I'd say that the sheer fact that people get good results on CBL including pizza, pastries and ice cream should calm any worries about GH release and fat. 😀Yeah insulin should be back to baseline quickly with, say, a spike from ice cream for example.
It's not the end of the world just looking for the biggest bang for my buck. ^^;If you could put on 9lbs or 10lbs of muscle and lose 5 lbs of fat with the same amount of effort and time I think we can all agree we'd rather put on 10lbs than 9 lbs. 😛
