    i just started with CBL preparation phase todayi am 43 with BW=182.5 down from 230s several years ago and i am on quest to get into best shape of my life with BW likely somewhere in the 160s.  like many i just want to lean out and stay get strongi want to post my meals and training for a while to get some feedback - thanks in advance 🙂i am on a 2nd shift type schedule11am coffee2pm 5 turkey bacon, 4 scrambled eggs in coconut oil, spinach, coffee 5pm BCAA6pm workout - front squats 3x5, machine row 3x10, some shoulder rehab excercises7:25pm salmon, mixed veggies, cucumber salad 11pm lowCHO protein shaketomorrow i will pickup supplements and do some HIIT training

    day 211:30am coffee, butter, coconut oil abmat situps 3x252pm 5 turkey bacon, eggs, coconut oil, spinach, coffee 5pm coffee, 1/2 serving of whey isolateHIIT 1min on/3 min off x4 concept 2 rower9pm whey isolate10pm chicken, mixed veggies, avocado, diet pepsii purchased Nature's best isopure protein powder (50g pro, 1g fat, 3g cho) to use as my whey isolate

    Hey Mike! Congrats on the weight loss so far, pretty impressive…I've got a few questions:1.) Why turkey bacon rather than real bacon? 2.) Have you calculated your cals/fat/pro/usable carbs each day? Mind sharing?3.) What type of workout program are you following?4.) What supps did you order?

    1)i started in with the T-bacon a few years ago and like it so just kept eating it when i am home2) no i haven't3) lately i haven't been working out too much - when i lost most the weight i was crossfitting and eating paleo.  for now i plan on squating M and F, dealifting 1x week, doing some machine resitance training Wed at hotel gym, and 2-3 HIIT sessions/week and see how that goes.  i am nursing a shoulder/bicep tendonitis problem so upper body strength options are limited4)so far just the protein mentioned abovefyi i am going to move this thread to the member logs section 🙂
