Muscle upKeymasterHad to give this a better title, as another 'Greetings from..' wouldn't attract anyone's attention.Cliff notes of my history..-former cross country/track athlete-had to stop running when, because of an eating disorder, my weight dropped to <43kg at 6ft 2"-asked for some help from the Mighty G (that's God by the way)-began weight training and following a paleo diet-2 years later and my body weight is more than double (was 90kg a couple of weeks ago and haven't weighed myself since)Where i'm at now...I started carb backloading 8 weeks ago as written which wasn't a big change for me, just meant pushing my training back a few hours.I quickly changed to a carb nite set up to lean out more quickly (started around 14%)The set up has helped me get down further, and i'm pretty lean but still would like a little more fat loss to reveal my abs (I have a tiny waist and no real mass to my abs, which makes me think it's a little harder to make them pop).I feel now that I need to move to a modified CNS because of my high volume training (6 days, push/pull/legs twice per week with one rest day).I had blood tests a couple of weeks back, and all was well except a slightly low free t4 level, which I think may be a result of the aforementioned training coupled with carbs once per week (and I would generally only have 4 hours rather than the recommended 6-8)Does it seem like i'm on the right track?Any questions and/or comments are welcome 🙂

FairyGuestHey 🙂 Sounds good, but yeah, you need 6-8 hrs or your metabolism won't be as high the next week

Muscle upGuestI struggled to hit the 6 hours because I go to bed kinda early compared to most normal people. What have people found to be the most efficacious for my goal; bi-weekly backloads or a proper 6 hour carb nite? For the most part I feel really good, but over the last week or two I have felt a bit more lethargic which as I mentioned is probably due to too much volume for the dietary approach that I was using.

FairyGuestYou could do 1 CN every five days, or 1 CN every 7 days plus a CBL
