I have a sensitive stomach and many forms of creatine have some bad side effects for me, but the PH buffered kre-alkalyn creatines don't create any problems. I know Monohydrate is recommended, but does anyone know if this form of creatine is sufficient for CBL? doses are only 1.5g but it's supposed to be concentrated… Please let me know if anyone has insight
What mono's have you used…?Have you been sure to get creapure?I mean, I'm sure kre-alkalyn would be fine, but it's price makes it a waste of money to be honest.
I love kre-alkalyn. It provides the same training benifits as mono. Just dose it normally though. I wouldn't try to get the equivalent of that 60g mentioned in the book.
Same here. Creatine gives me digestive issues. What brand(s) of Kre-Alk have you used? I've used NOW Foods and EFX. I don't think I noticed much of a difference between the two.

I use EFX and ive seen some good strength gains on it
I've used EFX and it worked well. I've also used True Athlete by the Vitamin Shoppe but at the same time as monohydrate, so I can't say how good that is by itself.
