The Acetyl-L-Carnitine is a better choice

THIS!It is perfect for CNS.  It mobilizes fatty acids to be used for energy, which makes them easier to burn with exercise.  Furthermore, it opens new hormone receptor sites on the surface of muscles.  This will get all-important free testosterone directly where it needs to go for proper use.Cory

Stack it with Yohimbin HCl and green tea extract.

Lokin at am article by poliquin, he suggests a 1 to 5 ratio for ALC to omega 3 supplementation.Bit he recommends getting into the 4 gram range, so that be 20 grams of fish oil....It also sems he is not against the tarate form of carnitine. Ill link the article later.
