L-Leucine and Carb Nite?

    I did go over previous threads as well as Kiefer’s tubecast..
    I just didn’t really understand:
    Do I take it PWO with whey on all workout days or just the CarbNite (refeed)?
    What effect will it have on ketosis?
    And what are your experiences if you have used it?

    You take it both….on PWO with whey AND on CN refeeds.

    Ketosis doesnt’ matter when it comes to CN…it MAY be a biproduct but not necessary for fat loss.

    It increases the insulin spike/surge at the times that you want it, which is after a workout and on CN.
