Stopped by the local supplement shop and all they had was a bottle of Leucine capsules, no powder. Just wondering what people thought about them, or if I should really order the powder online?

I am currently using pills, I would say that it does not really matter so long as the capsules are not loaded with added fillers.

Hey Kevin,The only downside to capsules is that you are limited by their size and ya usually need to pop several to reach your required amount. For example – they’ll usually be around 500mg for a cap and if you want to take 5 grams of Leucine, that means downing 10 capsules. If ya don’t like sucking down caps, that might pose a problem. For myself personally, I don’t have any problems with pills/caps but simply choose the powder as it’s cheaper/serving. Capsules cost more and you’ll burn through a bottle of it in no time if your consuming 5,10 or 15 grams a/day of Leucine.Hope this helps.PJ
