I am using L-Leucine post workout if when I do my morning workouts. I am about to reorder L-Leucine from True Nutrition and would like to know if I should get L-Leucine powder or the instantized L-Leucine powder. Does anyone have more information on the hydrophobic effects of L-Leucine?
L-Leucine mixes fine if you put it in your shaker; mixes horribly in a cup with a spoon. Instantized mixes much better overall but contains soy; thus, I purchase the straight L-Leucine and dealing with mixing it.
