I understand Kiefers direction to only use certain products (like the ones in the subject bar) but can anyone else on DH rate these supplements. I am looking to stack em. Beta Alanine, Essential Amino Acids, L-Leucine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 200 grams, Pure Dextrose 7lb, L-Lysine.
1. Beta Alanine is excellent2. I think supplementing with Amino Acids is not needed3. Leucine a staple CBL supplement. It is a great supplement.4. Regular Creatine Mono is fine. Micronized is supposed to be easier to mix, but I don't notice a difference.5. Dextrose is great6. I am not familiar with lysine, but it is most likely useless.
