Recently i've been doing a lot more intense long distance and HIIT swimming for 1.5-2.5 hours per day to prepare for a bug open ocean swim im doing, and ive had so little energy on my ULC days (BL 2x per week), despite adding almost twice as many calories. Ive had to tone back on lifting, which is somethingi dont want to do. I know an extra backload each week could be helpful for energy, but my question is with the amount of activity i'm doing, will an extra backload slow down fat loss
