I go with truenutrition.com they have leucine that's pretty cheap and you can get it in bulk.

Aren't we supposed to take something like 5 grams of Leucine? Do you take something like 10 of pills?

How does it taste?

Like other amino acids, somewhat bitter. Nothing a bit of flavoring (and malic acid) won't fix. I'd recommend the instantized, particularly if you are adding it to a shake. (If you go the TrueNutrition route, be sure to use a coupon. AND028 is good for 5% off.)

Yeah but they're smallish and don't taste like a$$. It's just another alternative for the taste haters.

Yeah, definitely TN.  You can get a custom mix such as a 1:1 with the L-leucine instantized and the CreaPure, and even get it flavored to your liking – possibly match to your protein shake flavor so you can dump it right in for convenience – measure out your 10g svg and you're done.
