So I've never taken Leucine before and was wondering what are some good brands (preferably cheap because I'm a poor college student ATM)On amazon I found serious nutrition solutions for like $17 or $18. So that seems like a pretty good deal but idk if that company has quality products or they are just crap.Does anyone know anything about serious nutrition solutions or any suggestions on another suggestions on brands? Thanks

Ive tried several brands and notice that they vary wildly in apperance (some more powdery, some more “plastic” like. I guess this is down to source material used for extraction. Taste about the same though! yuck!!! What I havent been able to tell is if they have a different digestability or efficacy. PVL was the first brand I used and seemed to work really well. Ive tried Biotest's a couple of times and didnt notice the same gains. Could just be that I was "used" to it at that point though. And I have tried some generic bulk packaged brands sourced locally that I felt worked about as well. Not sure what it is, but I feel like my body feels more "anabolic" after a meal with added leucine. Like the meal is more satisfying or nourishing. Might be in my head though (:

If you decide to use TrueNutrition, use a coupon code to save money. (AND028 is a 5% off one, for example.)I've mainly used TN instantised but also have had good luck with Biotest's L-Leucine and Leucine Peptides.
