GnomerParticipantHaha i dont get it.. i rlly dont find it that bad at all - i throw it in my shaker with a scoop of protein 25 g creatine and some sea salt and pound that shit.
+1Caffeine powder tastes WAY worse.I either drop it in the shake and don't even notice it, or I do it with creatine in like 1-2 oz of water and just shoot it. Almost always in a shake though.
caffeine is small amounts though.. generally people take 200mg or so.. it's a lot easier to mask the flavor.. for leucine taking 5g it's much harder.. heavy citrus flavors is only thing i found works ok for leucine

Couldn't disagree more, ha. I could never mask caffeine, even at <200mg in a full shake, with dextrose and flavoring. But leucine I don't even really taste.Different taste buds, ha!

yea guess so because I don't even taste my caffeine powder when mixed

Penny DannerParticipantThe best way to take leucine is via capsule. The problem is you have to take like 7 of them. The next best method is to buy the instantized kind.
I'll get this one next time for sure....only $3 more than the one I bought....it will take me forever to use this one up though.
