jcgomezMemberYea I think the CNS does need to be cycled off every 6 months like Kiefer recommends.
Naomi posted in response to one of my questions that CNS did not need to be cycled every 6 months and could be maintained for approximately a year.http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=2334.msg22705#msg22705

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorI'll run some variation of CBL/CNS indefinitely, slightly changing things based on current training and goals.

ChuckMemberStarted running rouge with CNS and CBL.I was 6’0” at 215 and had really good lifts but decided to shred on CNS down to 190, never lost any amount of strength on the CNS, I believe it is a powerful diet and can be tailored for us non-sedentary folks. So trying to fine tune a split of CBL/CNS.I am currently running this program….. It’s weird I am noticing more of a shred on ULC days ghrelin is kicking my butt. What do you guys think, my objective is to be below 10% body fat, but also gain strength and muscle? Mon- UCLTue- UCLWed- CBL -LIFT HEAVY EVENINGThur- UCL -LIFT HEAVY MORNINGFri- UCLSat- CBL -LIFT HEAVY EVENINGSun- UCL -LIFT HEAVY MORNING

Seems like a damn fine plan to me, really. Enough ULC days to allow you to really lean down, just make sure your back-loads are epic and you should be mint as far as making muscle gains. I am going to do something similar indefinitely once I am done with this gruesome prep phase.

Pretty much what I do, despite being injured and only able to train my legs my body fat is the lowest it ever has been. It has been 6 weeks since ive trained my upper body and my chest and haven't lost a centimeter of muscle. I will definitely follow these diets to some extent for the rest of my life.
