    for lifting is it more appropriate to go heavier with less reps while on carb nite? or moderate/low weight with higher reps?

    Any resistance training is beneficial on CNS.

    Kiefer says “if your familiar with my book Carb Nite, I literally designed that book around the lowest level person with the lowest level of activity … the diet they could use to get healthy and get rid of body fat.”
