Spatz, cool! I appreciate that article. I had saw this while skimming through that site and thought it was interesting, because it was given to me by a co-worker. Personally I'd rather use coconut oil when cooking, and sometimes as part of the AM Shake. The clumps are irritating (at times), but never a huge issue. I figured something was fishy about using “liquid” coconut oil. I still have two 32oz containers of MCT Oil that I only use for Pre-Workout.AC, yeah it's more expensive per ounce. I was given it, and curious to whether or not it's worth using.
