Ill play this game since I already had this in my log recently.I wont divide into performance and health though since they should go hand in hand to some degree.Vitamin A. Crucial growth factor. Plays a big role in protein synthesis and thyroid functionVitamin B1. Cognitive function. Increases CO2 production/decreases Lactic acid production.Vitamin B6. Anti-aromatase. Energy: Glycogen management (storage and release) Protein utilization. Vitamin D. Growth. Proper Calcium utilization. Lowering parathyroid hormone.Vitamin E. Anti-aromatase/estrogen. Protective factor against PUFA oxidation. Antioxidant.Vitamin K. Decalcification/Proper use of Calcium. To help with coagulation hindered by aspirin.Sodium. Cell functioning. Osmotic balance. Lowering aldosterone/adrenaline.Potassium. Cell functioning. Non-insulin mediated carbohydrate clearence, blood sugar.Calcium. Lowering parathyroid. Decalcification. Cell functioning. Xtend. Straight up body building yo! Umm I mean Protein Synthesis. Gut health. Rhodiola. Not sold on this one. Supposedly helps balance cortisol. Havent noticed anything really.Magnesium. Nerve/muscle function, relaxation, sleep. Lowering parathyroid. Taurine. experimenting with this again. Using as relaxant post workout and pre bed. Supposedly works on GABA channels.Aspirin. Anti-aromatase. Supports oxidative metabolism. Protective against PUFA/Prostaglandins. Cell functioningNiacinamide. Supports oxidative metabolism. Protective against PUFA oxidation. Lowers FFA/helps to stop glucose being "wasted" by conversion into fatty acids. Some new ones since then, Zinc is usually a staple but must have run out. Betaine HCL. Digestive support. Helps with protein.Zinc. Anti-aromatase, growth, testosteroneSelenium. Thyroid support.
