Looking for ideas or links on BL meals

    Hey – I have been looking around for ideas on BL meals or ideas.  Tons of stuff on Pre-BL but could not find anything that I can eat to fill my carbs up.  Ideas??

    As long as I keep it all within my caloric count and Carb count for the day?  Im 205 LBS so i need around 714g of carbs during BL  😮 – Thats allot of potatoes and cookies…

    That's just the max amount your body could possibly store as glycogen. 2g/LBM is a good place to start as per Kiefer via Ben Pakulski Podcast.

    Chicken and waffles with REAL Maple syrup(never gets old for me). I wish I paid more attention to this, and avoided syrup with HFCS, and really fructose in general. Also, I go to town on skinny cow Ice cream bars when I have a large backload ahead, or any other low fat ice cream works for not taking you past your protein macros and keeping your fats lower.

    Pretty much.  A good rule of thumb is to stick to less indulgent meal most of the time with a treat on the side.  However, once a week you can indulge.For example I eat chicken and baked potatoes as my main backload meal 3 of the 4 backload meals a week and milk and some cookies before bed.  Once a week though I order a pizza and eat the whole thing, still eating the milk cookies before bed.  I have been leaning out doing this.
