Looking for Pre work out drink wthout coffe (AM workout)

    I get up at 4am to workout and I don't like coffe at all.Shoudl I just get any Pre work out mix like 1MR??Also should I be taking in more caffine throught-out the day?T

    Best pre-workout IMO for any time of the day that doesnt have carbs is MCT or Coconut Oil. How you take it is up to you. All the other supplement company ones are usually just a big dose of caffeine with some other useless ingredients thrown together. Buy some caffeine pills if you really want that boost without enjoying a lovely antioxidant & mineral rich coffee.

    agreed tablespoon of coconut oil right from the jar is all the pre-workout i need… and a little caffeine as well:)i use beta-alanine as well because I like the way it makes me feel but hardly needed

    Thanks, I will try this. I have some cheap pre workout drink, but I don't get the wake up feel I use to. I have cycled off of pre workout drinks and tried others as well.Getting up at 4am to work out is hard enough, I need a bit of a kick in the ass to get going.

    caffeine pills, you can get them online for like 5 bucks for like  100pillsif you do decide to take a pre workout make sure it has absolutely no carbs in it

    hm it says its sweetened with sucralose but has 20cal hmm, oh well id ditch it, also you can get the caffeine pills online for like 4 or 5 but the shipping is like $4 so id say its more worth it if your buying multiple items, otherwise just go to a health foods store, itll be like $1 more total probably but at least you can get it today

    in the morning? id start with 1, (200mg) and work up from there, you can break the pills in half if you want 300mg

    also if your drinking coffee as well dont forget your getting some caffeine from that too so its a little more than 200mg which is about right

    no coffee :P. I can't stand the stuff. not even the smell of it. That's why I was looking for other solutions to coffee.I like tea, but I don't think it has enough caffine in it to give the boost I need for my morning workout.

    Depending on the tea, it can have just as much caffeine as coffee. 😉

    Green tea is on the lower side. Black and Oolong usually have the largest amounts.
